With the heating period approaching, Xi’an City organized special enforcement inspections of coal-fired facility companies throughout the city. According to the new environmental protection law, if the emissions of coal-burning companies exceed the standard this winter, they will face an uncapped administrative penalty.
At present, the city's new round of special enforcement inspections of coal-fired facilities has commenced, and before the end of the heating period, district and county environmental protection agencies will conduct self-examinations and city-level environmental protection agencies will perform spot checks. The inspection and inspection contents mainly include: the operation status of the sewage disposal facilities, the management ledger, the operation status of the pollution source automatic online monitoring facilities, historical data, and the exhaust emission of the company's flue gas pollutants.
According to the person in charge of the Xi'an Environmental Monitoring Detachment, the new environmental protection law introduced this year will face the strictest standards in the history of coal-fired boilers this winter. Starting from October 1, new emission standards have been imposed on boilers, and the pollutant emission standards have been more stringent than ever. In the new "Air Pollution Prevention Law" that began on January 1, 2016, the upper limit of the penalty for excessive emission of flue gas was raised to 1 million yuan, plus the implementation of the "Environmental Protection Law" newly issued on January 1 this year. Penalties and penalties, this year, if coal-fired enterprises have exceeded their pollutant discharge limits, they will face administrative sanctions that are not capped.
Operation & Maintenance:
1.Before the unit operation, check the water pipe valves system and duct equipment. Make sure everything is under good condition.
2.Check the fan motor and blower moving parts regularly for their connection, operation and rotating direction. Readjust it if necessary.
3.Air filter cleaning should be carried out every month before and during operation.
4.During winter, coil water should be drained out if not operating. If the unit needs to operate during winter time, make sure when the unit stops running, the coil water must circle the system and the fresh air damper must be closed to prevent coil freezing. If the unit stops operation for a long duration, coil water must be drained out.
5.Clean soft water must be used for chilled water and hot water system. Every year, wafer chemical treatment must be performed to eliminate the contamination in the system and apply compressed air or wafer for cleansing the fin coil surface, drain pan and U-trap bend.
6.Regular checking must be performed for the motor bearing lubrication condition and belt tightness.
