Fengyuan Tire Co., Ltd.'s [Development and Application of High-Performance Polymer Intelligent Sulfurization Technology Based on Multi-source Data Fusion Analysis" has made an important breakthrough in tire research. The project uses ICCM high-performance polymer intelligent vulcanization technology and system to realize rubber. The tire's intelligent vulcanization technology has reached the level of application of similar high-end systems in the world. The application of this project can increase the vulcanization efficiency by more than 10%, increase the wear resistance and durability of tires by more than 15%, and increase the tire dynamic balance and uniformity by more than 10%.
