What is the law of wiring?
Generally, it is preferable to adopt a method of constructing from the end of the line to the end of the line. The advantage of this method is that it can easily clean the loops of the electrical appliances, avoid confusion and omission when connected to the distribution box (disc), and at the same time, it is convenient to reserve the appropriate length when threading or entering the electrical box. 1, making line pipe hanger
The laying pipe can be fixed with different hangers or booms depending on the terrain. If the line pipe is laid along the surface of the wall or the bottom of the building, the finished hanging piece (pipe code) can be directly fixed on the wall or the bottom of the building; if the line pipe is laid-hanging, it should be fixed with a boom. The boom is generally made of angle iron. The shape of the boom can be made into T-type, I-type and II-type according to the form and quantity of the suspension pipe. The T-type boom is provided with vertical alignment for the line pipe. The I type is used for a small number of line pipes for horizontal arrangement and lifting, and the Type II is for a larger number of lines for horizontal arrangement and lifting.
2. Cutting, bending and threading of the wire tube
Cutting
The length of a wire tube is 4m. When cutting the pipe, it must be “first long and then short”, that is, the long-sized wire pipe is cut first, and the short-sized wire pipe is cut later, which can reduce the loss rate of the wire pipe. When cutting the tube, the cutting amount of the tube cutter should not be too deep, and it is not too hard to rotate the blade after the knife is fed. After the blade rotates along the outer diameter of the tube for 1-2 weeks, the knife is fed once, and the oil is lubricated at the incision before the tube is cut to extend the life of the blade.
B. elbow
The cut-off pipe should be bent before the pipe to be bent, otherwise the threaded thread will be damaged when the pipe is bent. Before bending the pipe, you need to bend the wire with two bends or more and then bend it.
For the bending of the line pipe, try to use the pipe bender. The pipe bender that can be directly used for bending at normal temperature has 20.25.30mm specifications. When the pipe with more than 30mm diameter is bent, special equipment or sanding and heating in the pipe is needed. Can be completed. In the case where there is no pipe bender and the pipe is bent less than 20 mm, the pipe can be bent by the pipe hole in the wire clamp. When operating, please pay attention to the bending radius of the wire tube should not be too small (six times the size of the pipe diameter), and the two should gradually move the supporting point of the force in the bending, the force should be even, to avoid bending the pipe.
c. Threading
The wire tube ferrule can be used with a special wire plate device, or a water pipe Threading machine. The former is light and the latter is cumbersome, but the latter can adjust the blade to adapt to various pipe diameters and is more labor-saving in the ferrule. When the wire is threaded, the oil should be continuously dripped on the wire cutter to keep the lubrication and reduce the resistance. When the sleeve is not moved, the knife can be retracted to allow the iron chips to be discharged and can be smoothly carried out. When the wire is finished, the nozzle should be flattened to avoid scratching the wire when the wire is worn.
3, laying wires
After the above work is completed, the threading work can be carried out. In addition to the designed over-flow, the wires used in different colors can be selected as much as possible, and the purpose is to identify the wires of different circuits in the same pipe. When the identification color is not enough, it can be identified by cutting a number of notches on the end of the wire. Of course, if there is a "coded grain" set on the line to identify the mark, you can save a lot of effort. When threading, the fire line, the neutral line, the lamp control line of each circuit are identified, and the wire is inserted into the tube by the wire reserved in the line.
After each loop wire is put on the wire, the wiring work can be performed. Each section of the line connector is connected in the junction box. After the connection is made, the junction box cover is covered. The lamp lines are led out from the lamp terminal box by the number of the connected lamps and the knockout hole in the lamp junction box. "The same number of hose joints are installed in the middle, and each joint is equipped with a metal hose. The lamp lead is led to the lamp through the metal hose through the lamp terminal box, and the lamp holder is covered. After the line has passed the test, all the lead wires shall be temporarily fixed. Do not suspend the lead wires casually, so as to avoid damage to the circuit during the construction of the wood, the entire metal wire pipe wiring construction will be completed.
