For example, according to the explanation of Murphy's law, if I drive a fire extinguisher, I'm always prepared to eliminate any possible fire - is it safe to ensure that my own car will not be burned? This idea may sound less intelligent than it sounds. However, if I were really a cautious person with a fire extinguisher, then I must be very organized and never let the fire hazard exist.

Similarly, when designing a circuit, I will leave extra space where I am not sure how the prediction circuit works. When designing a breadboard, I often told the mechanic: “Leave 20% extra space for this part, because I dare not say that this part can work without modification. Also, leave extra for this resistor and capacitor. Space, because I may have to change the resistance or capacity.” When designing integrated circuits, I left some small metal pads on key points on the surface of the film, which makes it very easy to probe the internal key nodes. For convenience, I sometimes leave through holes in the steam oxidation passivation layer to easily detect the chip. Testability issues are often mentioned in large-scale digital circuit designs. The idea of ​​“designing for testing” hidden behind it is actually important for designing any kind of circuit. Carefully figure out what can go wrong and how to prevent it from malfunctioning before the trouble comes, so you can avoid a lot of trouble. Forewarned is forearmed, without prejudging the waste.
