·Mitsubishi recalled 26,000 vehicles in China due to headlights/blown motor defective vehicles

According to foreign reports, due to defects in some models of headlights and blower motors, Mitsubishi Motors recently launched two recalls around the world, recalling a total of about 394,000 vehicles.
Global recall of 394,000 vehicles
The first recall involved 350,000 Outlander and three other models, with production dates from January 2009 to December 2010. Mitsubishi explained that the design of the headlights of the recalled vehicles is flawed and may suddenly close during the driving of the vehicle, increasing the safety risk.
In the second recall, Mitsubishi did not announce the specific model and quantity of the recalled vehicles. It only indicated that some of the models used in the windshield of the windshield before defogging were faulty, which caused the defogging function of the front windshield to decrease. The driver's vision affects and increases the risk of accidents.
Involving China and Japan
Mitsubishi said that the recalls involving the Japanese market include Delica, RVR, Outlander, Galant and Lancer Evolution, with a total of 71,053 vehicles.
In addition, on April 16, according to the recall plan filed by Mitsubishi Motors Sales (China) Co., Ltd. to China's AQSIQ, the company will recall some of the imports from 2009 to 2011 due to assembly problems of the shaft and bearings of the blower motor. Outlander, ASX Jinxuan, Lancer and Lancer Wing Hao Lu Shen cars, the total number of recalls was 26,610.
Mitsubishi (China) will start recalling on the 20th of this month and has notified the owner of the recalled vehicle to inspect and replace the blower motor.
Mitsubishi said that as of now, the company has not received reports of traffic accidents or casualties related to recalled vehicles.
