Mold design characteristic
I) Cold half:
1. Core insert and core bush are separated. There're tapper on both parts. Not only high precision and good concentricity, but also easily change core insert by hand.
2. Lip cavity is finished by CNC internal and cylindrical grinder, Precision up to 1µm and surface roughness up to 0.2µm.More precision, less friction and longer life time.
3. Core bush is finished by CNC internal and cylindrical grinder, Precision up to 1µm and surface roughness up to 0.2µm.More precision, less friction and longer life time.
4. Optimized cooling system on core and lip cavity, ensure fast cooling and reduce cycle time.
5. Graphite copper plate under slide plate, with better lubricate effect and longer life time.
6. Easy maintenance, all parts can be changed on machine.

II) Hot half:
1. Cavity is finished by CNC internal and cylindrical grinder, Precision up to 1µm and surface roughness up to 0.2µm.More precision, less friction and longer life time.
2. Optimized cooling system on cavity, ensure fast cooling and reduce cycle time.
3. Optimized cooling system on nozzle tip plate and valve pin plate, ensure non-distortation on plates.
4. Special protection system on cavity plate. Just in case of preform non-drop automatically, mold doesn't close.
