It is used to measure the concentration of nitrogen and oxygen in engine exhaust to meet the needs of closed-loop control of engine aftertreatment system and on-board OBD diagnostic system. It can be applied to gas engine or diesel engine. Its structure includes ceramic probe, cable and processing chip controller, which is connected with ECU through can communication.
The effects of Nox sensor damage are as follows:
1. If the Nox sensor is damaged, the diesel control system is in an open-loop state, that is, the emission data cannot be accurately fed back, and the engine control unit cannot accurately adjust the emission. At this time, the vehicle's emission must exceed the standard. If it always exceeds the standard, the service life of tail gas emission treatment equipment will be shortened.
