According to the market view, 2017 will be the first year of the charging pile market. The National Energy Administration clarified in the “Notice on Guidance for Energy Work in 2017†that it plans to build 900,000 charging piles in 2017. Among them, there are 100,000 public charging piles and 800,000 private charging piles. This number is more than 300% higher than the number of charging piles at the end of 2016.
In the first batch of tenders for the charging of the State Grid Corporation in 2017, there were 7 specifications for DC charging piles, which were 125/112.5/102/87.5/68/60/37.5KW. The top three specifications for the total proportion of DC piles are 125KW, 60KW and 102KW respectively. According to the research report of Zhongtai Securities, the 125KW high-power fast-filled piles occupy the first place in the number of bidding for DC piles. After analyzing the bidding use of related charging piles, it is found that most of them are expected to be used in charging service areas of different expressways. It can be judged that for the charging pile layout on the expressway, the demand of the State Grid Corporation for high-power fast-filling piles is the first.
According to the public news at the beginning of the year, State Grid Corporation plans to build 29,000 charging piles this year, and will conduct bidding for six batches of charging piles. The CICC Electric New Industry Report believes that the tender size of the State Grid Corporation is small, but the expectation of high growth in the charging of tenders throughout the year will not change. It is expected that the amount of the two batches of tenders will be significantly expanded, and the annual growth of charging equipment manufacturers is expected to be high.
In the initial stage of China's charging facilities industry, State Grid Corporation occupied almost all markets. According to the plan of State Grid Corporation and the National Energy Administration, by the end of 2017, the number of public charging piles in the country will reach 250,000, and the number of State Grid companies will reach 71,000 after the construction of 29,000, but the proportion will drop to 28.4%. .
CICC reports that after the industry's development is gradually standardized and mature, social investment entities will become the main force of charging facilities investment, and the market share of State Grid Corporation will gradually decrease, but each year, the company's charging facilities investment planning and batches The second tender will become the vane of the industry development.
In addition to the State Grid Corporation, China Southern Power Grid Corporation is also actively promoting the construction of charging piles. During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, China Southern Power Grid Corporation will invest 660 million yuan to build and transport 13,800 charging piles in Shenzhen. Among them, in 2017, it will invest 200 million yuan to build and renovate existing charging piles, and realize the full coverage of charging piles in various street offices in Shenzhen.
By the end of 2016, the ratio of new energy vehicles and charging piles in China was 4:1, and the number of charging piles was far from meeting the demand for new energy vehicles. Tianfeng Securities analysts believe that 2017 is expected to be the fastest growing year for charging pile construction during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. It is estimated that by 2020, China is expected to achieve the goal set out in the "Guidelines for the Development of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (2015-2020)", that is, more than 12,000 new centralized charging and replacing stations and more than 4.8 million distributed charging piles will be met. Demand for charging 5 million electric vehicles nationwide.
