l The coil will generate low frequency oscillation after the induction coil is wound. When a metal enters the coil, the magnetic field is weakened by the affected magnetic field and picked up by the magnetic sensor to generate a corresponding action. The induction strength of the induction coil has a great relationship with the number of turns of the coil and the shape of the coil. Too many coil turns have large input inductance, resulting in an open circuit; too few turns have low input inductance and cause short circuit. These two conditions will cause the work indicator of the magnetoelectric sensor to flash rapidly. The average number of turns is 3-6 laps.
l When the gate is commissioned, short the “up” and “ground”, and the brake lever will automatically rise, and the gate will be normal.
l The card reader cable is connected with the 8-core shielded wire according to the drawing. Be careful not to break the wire when wiring.
l The controller power supply is DC 12V, and the reader power supply is 12V. Be careful not to make mistakes.
l The ground sense coil is installed under the gate, and the distance from the gate to the card reader is 3-5 meters.
Common troubleshooting of barriers
l The coil is buried loosely
When the local coil is not firmly fixed in the nest, the vibration of the car over the road will cause the coil in the nest to deform and change the initial inductance of the ground. At this time, the sensor must be reset before it can work normally. The solution is to pour the melted asphalt into it and fix it.
l loose wire
The joint screws are connected by the front and back threads, and the upper and lower bearings are connected by a double-headed screw. If the screws are loose, the upper and lower positions will be inaccurate. Use an 80MM long Ф 4 iron rod to insert between the double-headed screws to adjust the brake rod up and down.
l The arm screw is loose
If the screw is loose, it will cause the upper and lower positions of the brake lever to be inaccurate and the swaying is large when the rod is stopped. The bolt is hung and the nut is locked.
l In place control magnet shift
The Cimin Hall element is used up and down. If the position of the rectangular magnet and the disc with the cam of the reducer is changed, the position is not accurate. It can be solved by adjusting it accurately and not flipping it.
l Power off protection switch is off
When the control part of the machine fails, the automatic protection device of the machine will work automatically. At this time, the brake lever stops at the oblique position, the total power is disconnected, and the machine does not work. At this time, the machine door is opened, and the big belt can be restored by rotating the belt 3-8 times clockwise to the upper position. If it is not possible to restore the original condition many times, it is necessary to check whether the Hall element and the board are malfunctioning.
l Pull-down hook adjustment nut loose
The lower part of the chassis is provided with a pull-down hook of thread M10, which functions to pull the spring of the balance mechanism and the zero adjustment of the balance function. It is equipped with two M10 hex nuts and Ф10 spring washers. If the nut is loose, the knocking sound and balance imbalance will occur when the machine is running. Although the machine can still run after the balance is out of balance, it will greatly increase the speed reducer, motor and other transmissions. The load of the machine, which affects reliability and mechanical life.
Road gate balance state adjustment method
l Loosen the rocker screw to disengage the upper joint and the rocker arm. After the disengagement, the spindle is in a free state.
l Install the brake lever in normal use.
l Push the lever to the vertical position by hand.
l Adjust the pull-down hook to lightly contact the spring pull-down ring. And tighten the nut to fix the pull-down hook;
l Push the brake lever to the horizontal state and release the hand. If the brake lever is drooping, the tension of the balance spring is too small. The adjustment method is as follows: the brake lever is vertical, the spring is removed, and the spring hanger is rotated outward. Hang up on 1-2 laps and try again until the level. Reverse the adjustment when the status is reversed.
l Tighten the rocker screw and lock the lock nut.
l Lock the pull-down hook lock nut.
l Balance adjustment is complete.
