Delphi leads the change for Kevin Clarke
Delphi recently announced its latest leadership succession plan. The current CEO and President Rodney O'Neill will retired on March 1, 2015, ending his 43-year career. Effective October 1, 2014, Kevin Clarke, current CFO and executive vice president, will serve as chief operating officer and will take over as CEO and president after Mr. O'Neill retires. Mark Murphy, former president of Praxair's US Industrial Gas Division, succeeded Kevin Clarke as chief financial officer. Mr. O'Neil, 61, will continue to serve as a consultant until retirement at the end of 2015 after retirement.
