The construction of the inspection center covers an area of ​​30.67 mu and the building area is approximately 16,000 square meters (including a 13,000 square meter inspection center building and a 3,000 square meter workshop workshop). The company has separate high-speed performance test rooms for truck tires and passenger cars, durable high-speed inspection rooms for motorcycle tires, inspection rooms for agricultural tires and engineering tires, a tire raw material inspection room, tire-related products (wheels, brake pads), inspection rooms, and academic lecture halls.

At present, the “Creation of a National High-quality Rubber Tire Production Base” activity is nearing completion and will soon be accepted by the State Bureau. "Shandong Provincial Rubber Tire and Raw Material Quality Supervision and Inspection Center" and "Shandong Provincial Rim Brake Pad Quality Supervision and Inspection Center" have handled construction procedures such as environmental protection, land and land use planning. The main body of the inspection workshop has been completed and interior and exterior renovations are underway. The testing building has also started construction.
