When the amount of water permeation is small, some of the mining areas or horizontal roadways are flooded after permeable, so that personnel in some mining areas are blocked or submerged by water. Rescue should be organized from two aspects: First, the ambulance team should be quickly organized to detect all the locations on the water level, to find all the personnel on the flooded level, and to find out the exact number of people being flooded. 3. Treatment after a water inrush accident
