Fujian Implements Regulations on Registration of Dangerous Chemicals
China Drying Network News Fujian Safety Supervision Bureau recently convened the leaders and department heads of hazardous chemicals in charge of the safety supervision bureaus of various districts and municipalities, and the heads of safety management departments of the central government and some provincial hazardous chemicals companies to study and publicize the implementation of national security. The new Administrative Measures for the Registration of Dangerous Chemicals has just been promulgated by the General Administration of Supervision. The Fujian Safety Supervision Bureau requires all localities to quickly organize relevant personnel, conscientiously study and publicize the new "Measures", urge unregistered dangerous chemical production enterprises to register, and carry out a thorough investigation of hazardous chemicals import enterprises within their jurisdiction, and incorporate registration into safety law enforcement. The inspection plan will strengthen the supervision and inspection of the registration, collection and certification of dangerous chemicals companies, the ability of emergency consulting services, and the lawful use registration certificate.
