How to use bearing heaters and precautions

1. Place the yoke on the end face of the main machine. 2. Insert the plug into the power outlet with the control switch. 3 , check the grounding line is good, after the electricity test with a pencil. 4 , press the start button, the host power. 5 , check the yoke should be no voltage to the ground. 6. Press the stop button to stop the main unit and stop heating. 7 , according to different specifications of the bearing or other workpiece, choose a different yoke sleeve, the yoke on the host's advanced surface, should be consistent with the formation. 8. When heating, insert the sensor into the " sensing socket " and place the sensor against the heated workpiece. 9. When the bearing is heated to the desired temperature, it will automatically shut off the power supply or press the stop switch. 10. After heating is stopped, move the yoke to the left or right, remove the bearing, and then put the yoke back into the machine. 11 , if repeated use, continuously heating the bearing, only need to put the processed bearing into the yoke again, press the start button

Cautions 1. The grounding wire of the power supply must be good. 2. Do not press the start button switch before the yoke is placed on the main unit. Otherwise, the instrument may be damaged or the fuse may be burned. 3 , ball bearing heater temperature should not exceed 150 °C . Otherwise it will cause bearing annealing. 4 , in order to improve the heating efficiency, according to the size of the bearing bore to select the appropriate yoke, it should try to choose the larger cross-sectional yoke. 5 , the host must be placed flat do not side slope, yoke and the host must be consistent. 6. The heating element in the yoke must be taken after the mains is powered off. 7 , when the bearing temperature rise, the amount of rise in aperture refers to the following table
