Then use the motor to operate the handle to reverse the rotation once, and simultaneously shrink the cylinder, the drill rod is automatically disengaged from the motor, the cylinder is retracted, and a drill rod is placed. 5) When drilling, two people change the drill pipe and operate by one person. The personnel must be skilled and tacit. 3, drilling 1) Before moving the drill, first remove the drill pipe, loosen the frame lock bolt, remove the lock pin of the lock lever, pull the lock lever off the ground, and the two people push the drill slowly to the rig. At the next punching position, fix the eye again. Fourth, security measures 1. When repairing the oil circuit, it is strictly forbidden to stand around the rig and the direction of the axis. 2. When the cylinder shrinks, the operator should not touch the cylinder and the slide to prevent injury. 4. When the last drill pipe is retracted, the personnel should not face the drill hole vertically to prevent the gas nozzle from injuring people. 7. It is strictly forbidden to force the upper part of the rig to prevent the rig from overturning and injuring people. 8. It is strictly forbidden to touch the surface of rotating and telescopic moving parts. 9. The drilling rig should be lifted at a constant speed and ensure the supporting force of the diagonal braces of the frame. 10. The drill pipe operation must be performed when the motor is stopped. The drill pipe must be firmly connected. After the drill pipe is replaced, the drill pipe personnel can issue a power-on command to start the drill. 11. The rig operator must pay attention to the concentration of the motor according to the sound and speed of the motor, and adjust the propulsion speed of the cylinder in time. 12. When working, the operator must dress neatly and tighten the cuffs. 13. After the drilling is completed, disassemble the rig and place it in a dry position. Be careful during the disintegration process. It is strictly forbidden to bump the motor, the cylinder and the propulsion carriage. The parts of the rig should be placed neatly and kept clean. 14. After each shift, the engine oil must be added in time to prevent oxidation and corrosion inside the motor; and the motor cylinder, the control valve and the inlet and outlet ports of the connecting pipeline should be blocked to prevent impurities from entering the interior and reducing the service life. 15. Disassembled pins and other small pieces should be properly stored to prevent loss. 16. Check the bolts and lead screws of the motor slewing device and the cylinder fixing seat on a daily basis, and find that the loosening is timely and pre-tightened; check whether the screw adjustment of the fixed motor is reasonable.
