3, pre-cooling with a small amount of liquid nitrogen before filling liquid nitrogen;

4, for long-term storage, you need to regularly add liquid nitrogen, replenishment time should generally be in the liquid nitrogen residual capacity is one-third of the total capacity is appropriate;

5. It is strictly forbidden to place objects on the lid of the container and seal the neck;

6. When putting in or taking out frozen goods, try to make the tank opening time short, so as to reduce the consumption of liquid nitrogen, and do not put the lifting tube completely;

7, prevent shocks and collisions;

8. Never use a hard object to remove frozen frost from the neck tube to avoid damaging the neck tube.

9, liquid nitrogen can only stand upright when transported, can not lie down, in order to prevent tipping, must be fixed with a belt or other items, in order to mitigate the impact, should use a sponge or other soft pad bottom;

10. When transporting liquid nitrogen, please use the transport tank (YDS-XB). Do not use storage tanks for transport tanks.

Second, the matters needing attention

1. Liquid nitrogen is an ultra-low temperature liquid (-196°C). If it splashes on the skin, it will cause frostbite similar to burns. Therefore, special attention should be paid when filling and removing liquid nitrogen.

2, can not use other plugs to replace the special cans, but can not use sealed plugs, so as to avoid continuous evaporation of liquid nitrogen, and the formation of nitrogen pressure increased and damage to the container;

3, check the height of the liquid level in the container, use a practical plastic rod or solid wood stick inserted into the bottom, removed after 5 to 10 seconds, the length of the frost is the height of the liquid level;

4, long-term storage of liquid nitrogen rooms should be window ventilation, ventilation.
