Meshless vibrating screening machine

Tsinghua Tiantong relies on the scientific and technological strength of Tsinghua University, and based on its own scientific and technological accumulation, abandoned the traditional understanding of "screening", invented and developed a new type of screening equipment - meshless vibrating screening machine. It eliminates defects such as screen blockage and wear, and has high productivity, and can simultaneously achieve multi-stage screening. This is a revolution in screening tools.
Working principle of meshless vibrating screening machine: When the materials are naturally piled up into a cone on the ground, the larger particles are concentrated around the bottom of the cone. This phenomenon is called segregation. Natural segregation only occurs in the material and is difficult to use. When the material is placed in a vibrating trough, the material is continuously thrown up, and the internal friction between the particles is drastically reduced, and is in a fluidized state. At this time, the segregation process of the material is greatly accelerated and developed into a global phenomenon. For materials of the same material with different particle sizes, the segregation results in regular stratified segregation of large upper particles and small underlying particles, called chromatography (Fig. 1). The vibration is added in the horizontal direction to make the layered material continuously jump forward, and a layered material flow is formed. If the vibration parameters are chosen reasonably, the above phenomenon can be continued and it can be used for continuous screening of materials.
The structure of the meshless vibrating screen is shown in Fig. 2. The main body of the screening machine is a flat bottom tank 2, and the bottom of the tank has no screen. The trough body together with the guide leaf spring 6 and the support spring 7 constitutes a single degree of freedom vibration system. In the lower part of the tank body, there are two vibrating motors 3 which rotate synchronously in opposite directions; when the motor rotates, the simple harmonic excitation force of the eccentric block causes the tank body to vibrate in the direction of the arrow 10. The sifted material is fed from the feed port 1, and the material gradually undergoes chromatography in the process of hopping along the trough. In the material flow, a plurality of guide plates 9 are arranged laterally, which respectively lead the materials of different layers of different sizes to be respectively discharged from several discharge ports 8. The number of guide plates and the height of the opening can be adjusted so that the size of the sieve can be changed and the simultaneous screening of multiple levels can be performed.
However, the chromatographic phenomenon is affected by many factors. For example, the particle shape, material, specific gravity, particle size distribution, surface roughness and wet state of the material, as well as the direction, frequency, amplitude and other parameters of the vibration are all influencing factors, as well as some random and unknown factors. Experiments have shown that some materials can undergo large and small chromatograms, while others do not have chromatograms, or chromatograms are not obvious and cannot be utilized. This is also the reason why this phenomenon has not received attention and is being used. Some people in foreign countries are doing research, but so far no practical results have been obtained.
From the perspective of the discipline, the tomographic phenomenon involves many disciplines such as discrete body dynamics, vibration theory, multiphase flow, and is an interdisciplinary problem. Although the company has done some work and achieved certain results in product development, in this field, the potential of theoretical research and technology development is still great.
Meshless vibrating screening machine: Compared with the traditional mesh screen, it has the following obvious advantages: eradicating the problem of screen blockage and mesh wear; changing the sieve size to achieve multi-stage simultaneous screening; Separation by layer, large flow area, high productivity; small size, low energy consumption, environmentally friendly; low cost and easy maintenance.
The main technical parameters of the meshless vibratory screening machine are listed in the table below. The screen was used in March 1998 for the Shougang No. 3 blast furnace return mine production line with good results.
