Recently, the Ministry of Transport issued the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Promotion and Application of New Energy Vehicles (Draft for Comment)" (referred to as "Opinion Draft"), and proposed that in 2020, in the fields of urban public transport, taxis and urban logistics and distribution, The proportion of new energy vehicles is not less than 30%.
The "Opinion Draft" proposes that by 2020, the "bus city" will create new or updated urban buses, taxis and urban logistics distribution vehicles, and the proportion of new energy vehicles will be no less than 30%. By 2020, the number of buses in new energy cities will reach 200,000, the number of new energy taxis will reach 50,000, and the number of new energy city logistics and distribution vehicles will reach 50,000. Prior to the State Council's energy conservation and new energy vehicle industry development plan, the main objectives include: by 2015, the cumulative production and sales of pure electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid vehicles will reach 500,000 units, and by 2020, the production capacity will reach 2 million units. The cumulative production and sales volume exceeded 5 million units.
Since July this year, various departments have launched a new policy related to new energy vehicles. The industry said that in the current domestic first- and second-tier cities, the policy of restricting purchases of vehicles has intensified, and it is difficult to purchase a car, but the new energy vehicles are separately shaken and even free of the price. Under a number of favorable incentives, it may stimulate the outbreak of demand in the entire domestic automotive market.
According to data from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, in August 2014, China’s new energy vehicles produced 5,191 vehicles, an increase of nearly 11 times year-on-year. Faced with the huge market space of the new energy automobile industry, major automobile manufacturers have made efforts to lay out. At the beginning of this month, Guangzhou Automobile Group and BYD Co., Ltd. jointly established Guangzhou Guangqi BYD New Energy Bus Co., Ltd., and it is expected to start production in September 2015. At the same time, from September to the end of this year, a number of manufacturers of new energy vehicles will be listed, including Dongfeng Nissan's electric vehicles Kai Chen morning wind, Jianghuai and Yue iEV5 and BYD's "Tang".
