On September 26, the Ningbo Maritime Safety Bureau of the Shanghai Maritime Safety Administration announced that the “Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Lamp Pile Project†jointly developed by the Shanghai Maritime Bureau and Shandong Baoerpu Industrial Co., Ltd. successfully passed the expert group's review.
It is reported that the expert group unanimously believes that the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene lamp post project has the advantages of good environmental performance, corrosion-free maintenance-free, strong flexibility, light weight, bright coloring and fading. The design and production of the new lamp post basically conforms to the relevant norms, and is especially suitable for installation and use under conditions of limited load such as docks, seawalls, spur dikes and piers with good meteorological conditions.
