Causes the control system to continue executing program commands, causing the system to freeze. Solution: To solve the crash problem, make the magazine in a detectable position. When the magazine returns to the starting position and then returns the entire system to its original state, the device can be put into normal operation. According to this idea, the tool holder indexing position fixing nut is loosened, and moved backward by 1 cm, so that the sensor completes counting once, and the entire control system is out of the crash state. Through the switch on the control panel, the indexing of the tool magazine in the system is changed to manual operation, and the tool magazine is returned to the initial position by stepping the manual button on the machine side, and then the whole system is returned to the initial state, and the magazine position is restored.
