Recently, Dalian Shipai's two-piece gas oil storage tanks processed by Dalian Lingri Power Equipment Co., Ltd. have passed the full-scale strict inspection of inspectors and successfully delivered to customers.
This is the first time Dalian Shipai has cooperated with Lingri Power. Established in 1997, Lingri Power is a Japanese-funded enterprise. It mainly engages in nuclear power and thermal power plant auxiliary equipment such as nuclear island container equipment, steam turbine auxiliary equipment and generator stator frame. The quality requirements of supporting products are very strict. The lubricating oil storage tank to be processed this time will be applied to the gas turbine manufactured by the company for a power generation enterprise.
On September 22, after receiving the order, the company handed over the processing tasks of the two lubricating oil storage tanks to the first section of the Machining Department. The workpiece is 6.1 meters long, 3.6 meters wide and 1.6 meters high. It is a welded workpiece. The customer must complete the first part of the processing within 4 days. Because Lingri Power has high requirements on the shape tolerance and surface roughness of the product processing, and the welding workpiece is easy to be deformed, the geometrical tolerance is difficult to guarantee the technical requirements. The machine tool operator is processing the product for the first time. It can be said that the construction period is short and the task is heavy. .
In order to process the products that satisfy the customers, achieve zero processing errors, and report zero sweeps, the Machining Department goes all out, from the drawing review, the preparation of the process and procedures, to the lifting and transshipment of the workpieces on site, each link is treated with care. The working section of the first-year section is overtime, and the operator is instructed to communicate in detail for the special requirements of the workpiece; the Shenyang Longmen drilling and boring machine that performs the processing task does not stop for 24 hours, and the operator implements shift work. In the end, the first oil storage tank was completed on schedule and was successfully submitted on September 26.
With the first successful experience, the second part of the processing is more convenient. After knowing the difficulties in the processing, the operators of Shenyang Longmen Milling Machine not only did not relax their vigilance, but instead made each process more meticulous and rigorous, aiming to produce a better product than the first one. In the end, the second copy was also successfully tested and won high recognition from customers.
It is reported that the successful completion of the processing task of the lubricating oil storage tank of the gas turbine shows the excellent machining capability and technical level of Dalian Shipai, which lays a good foundation for deeper cooperation with Lingri Power in the future. The company paved the way for actively opening up diversified markets in a highly competitive market.
