On November 23, 2017, the kick-off meeting of the “High-performance and High-reliability X-ray Tube Development and Application” project of the National Key R&D Program for Major Scientific Instruments and Equipment Development was successfully held. The project is aimed at the high voltage and spot stability of X-ray tube caused by high voltage and small spot. The finite element method and electronic optical simulation software are used to rationally design the high voltage structure, focusing system and heat dissipation mechanism of the optical tube. Developed a series of manufacturing and testing key equipments such as vacuum high-voltage insulation test benches, breakthrough high-pressure introduction design, in-depth study of anode and cathode materials and surface treatment technology, parts and X-ray tube processing technology, from design, manufacture, processing and testing The key technologies for high-pressure stabilization and spot stabilization of light pipes are studied.
At present, the 200kV/0.4mm spot X-ray tube sample tube independently developed by the "High-performance and high-reliability X-ray tube development and application" project has completed small-scale trial production, in X-ray intelligent inspection system and X-ray image analysis. Demonstration verification of the application on the instrument.
In the next step, the project will focus on the engineering and industrialization of high-performance and high-reliability X-ray tubes, and form a batch production capacity, which will provide strong support for the development of X-ray intelligent inspection systems and image analyzers in China.
