How to solve the impact of pipeline vibration on the accuracy of intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter
Abstract: The factors affecting the accuracy of intelligent electromagnetic flowmeters are multi-dimensional. In this article, we mainly discuss the analysis of intelligent electromagnetic flowmeters under the premise of correct selection and fluid full state. 1. The intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter is installed near the pump. When the pump is started, it will drive the pipeline vibration and affect the electromagnetic flowmeter. Approach: The installation point of the electromagnetic flowmeter should be as far as possible from the position of the pump by more than 3 meters; 2. After the feedback from the user, the support parts of the electromagnetic flowmeter are thinner, and even some have only one support frame. Therefore, when the pipe vibration stress conducts the pipe section, the support member is insufficient to resist the vibration stress. Resulting in reduced accuracy of the meter; Approach: The position of the support is installed as far as possible within 15D of the upstream and downstream, and two support frames are installed in the intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter so as to withstand sufficient vibration stress. The diameter of the support frame must be sufficient to support the weight of the instrument and the pipe. And isolate the vibration; 3. When the intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter has multiple support members, and is also installed together, if one is affected by the vibration, it is inevitable to pass to the next support member; Approach: When the support on the vertical pipe is not easy to install, the pipe can be designed to be horizontal for better installation; 4. Some users install the support frame on the vertical pipe, but the support frame is not enough to support the total weight of the pipe and the flowmeter, especially the large diameter pipe, so that the resistance to the pipe vibration does not work; Approach: Try to increase the diameter of the support frame, and it has reached enough weight to support. It is also necessary to pay attention to the fact that the support frames are not connected together and must be installed separately; 5. If the support frame is installed at the flange connection of the intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter, this will also cause stress, which will affect the accuracy of the instrument; Approach: The outlet pipe of the electromagnetic flowmeter is installed as much as possible above the pipeline of the second support frame of the electromagnetic flowmeter. The effect of this is to generate a small back pressure and avoid the occurrence of siphon phenomenon. Summary: It can be seen from the above problems that the factors affecting the accuracy of the intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter are mainly concentrated on the vibration of the pipeline. Therefore, for the users with vibration of the pipeline, some of the above methods can be used as reference. This process occurs when paint is applied to an object through the use of an air-pressurized Spray Gun. The Sprayer Gun has a nozzle, paint basin, and air compressor. When the trigger is pressed the paint mixes with the compressed air stream and is released in a fine spray.
Types of nozzles and sprays
Due to a wide range of nozzle shapes and sizes, the consistency of the paint can be varied. The shape of the workpiece and the desired paint consistency and pattern are important factors when choosing a nozzle. The three most common nozzles are the full cone, hollow cone, and flat stream. There are two types of air-gun spraying processes. In a manual operation method the air-gun sprayer is held by a skilled operator, about 6 to 10 inches (15–25 cm) from the object, and moved back and forth over the surface, each stroke overlapping the previous to ensure a continuous coat.In an automatic process the gun head is attached to a mounting block and delivers the stream of paint from that position. The object being painted is usually placed on rollers or a turntable to ensure overall equal coverage of all sides.
