Liquid hot and cold shock box operation method and installation requirements

The liquid type hot and cold shock box is divided into three box type and two box type according to test requirements and test standards. The difference is that the test method and internal structure are different. The three-box liquid hot and cold shock box is divided into a cold storage room, a regenerator room and a test room. The product is placed in the test room during the test. The two-box type is divided into a high-temperature room and a low-temperature room, and the high-low temperature is switched by the motor-driven basket movement. In general, the operation of the liquid hot and cold shock box is divided into five steps: pretreatment, initial detection, test, recovery, and post-test. The following test equipment and everyone share the detailed process content:

1. Pretreatment: The sample to be tested is placed under normal test atmospheric conditions until a stable temperature is achieved.

2. Initial test: Compare the sample to be tested with the standard requirements, and place it directly into the high-low temperature impact test box after meeting the requirements.

3. Test:

1) The test sample should be placed in the test box according to the standard requirements, and the temperature in the test box (chamber) should be raised to the specified point, and maintained for a certain time until the test sample reaches the temperature stability, whichever is longer.

2) After the high-temperature stage of the liquid-type hot and cold shock box is over, the test sample is transferred to a low-temperature test chamber (chamber) that has been adjusted to -55°C within 5 minutes, and kept for 1 hour or until the test sample reaches a stable temperature, and the time is long. Prevail.

3) After the low temperature period is over, the test sample shall be transferred to a high temperature test chamber (chamber) that has been adjusted to 70°C within 5 minutes, and held for 1 hour or until the test sample reaches a stable temperature, whichever is longer.

4) Repeat the above experimental method to complete three cycles. Depending on the size of the sample and the size of the space, the time may be slightly wrong.

4. Recovery: After the test sample is taken out of the test chamber, it should be restored under normal test atmospheric conditions until the test sample reaches a stable temperature.

5. Post-test: assess the test result by comparing the degree of damage in the standard with other methods.

1. Liquid type cold and heat shock box power supply

(1) The high-low temperature impact test box power supply uses three-phase five-wire system. The equipment cables are four-wire, three phase wires and one neutral wire. Please note the neutral line. Due to the partial load of the equipment and the control system being single-phase, connecting the wrong neutral wire will result in the equipment not working and being damaged.

(2) The grounding wire of the equipment grounding line ensures that the equipment can be grounded safely and reliably. Zero line and ground connection will cause the device to work abnormally.

(3) Due to user premises and other factors, it is necessary to extend the cable. Please ensure that the rated parameters of the extension cord and power supply used meet the power requirements of the product.

2. Venue

(1) A lot of heat will be generated during the use of this equipment. Please follow the equipment in a well-ventilated place.

(2) Do not use this device near flammable materials or explosive atmospheres.

(3) Do not use in strong magnetic fields and strong vibration environments.

1. Do not connect the power supply of the sample to the power supply of the device, otherwise it will increase the power supply load of the device. Unless the device has a sample power connector.

2. It is strictly prohibited to test flammable, explosive, highly corrosive, and radiated items.
