The foundation of the 2,000 tons carbon fiber project

Recently, the Golden Tech carbon fiber project was laid in the town of Jiulong, Luogang District, Guangzhou. It is expected that the project will be put into production before June 2011, and the first production value is expected to reach 1 billion yuan. After full production, it will achieve an annual production capacity of 2,000 tons of high-performance PAN carbon fiber. The annual output value will reach 10 billion yuan.
The Golden Tech Carbon Fiber Project is a key project in Guangdong Province and Guangzhou City. Covers an area of ​​300,000 square meters, construction area of ​​400,000 square meters. As a carbon fiber scientific research and production base, the project has introduced advanced equipment such as foreign oxidation furnaces and carbonization furnaces, and has configured corresponding production auxiliary equipment.
The carbon fiber composite material has strong corrosion resistance, high toughness, good electromagnetic performance, and high electrical resistivity. Since 2000, the global demand for carbon fiber has increased rapidly. The demand for carbon fiber by large companies including Boeing has accelerated the price increase trend. At present, domestic production and use are still in the initial stage, and many companies have increased their R&D and production in carbon fiber.
