Yuan Qinshan: This issue is also of concern to us. At present our network is not yet sound. Our after-sales service is not yet in place. This is a big problem. We will invest 50 million yuan in the first year this year to improve our after-sales service. We will increase our efforts in the future. Our goal is to achieve 24-hour service and arrive at the scene to solve customer problems within half an hour.
