At 18:30 on July 23, the Taihai-Shaanxi-Shaoguan section of the Bohai Railway was hit by a heavy rainstorm in 2010, resulting in landslides in various sections of the section. Debris flows and dumped trees blocked railway lines, and the Longhai Railway was forced to close. Interrupted. Affected more than 10 trains to operate normally.

After the occurrence of a dangerous situation, the Xi'an Railway Bureau launched an emergency plan. The members of the Roads Bureau's leadership team organized rescue operations at the Bureau's safety production command center and the water disaster site. The mobilization of 3 sets of loaders, excavators, and 20 lanes of smashing and scrapings, etc., dispatched more than 700 rescue teams to go all out to put in a rescue. The rescue team took the rain overnight, raced against the clock, struggled hard and successfully eliminated all the water damage. At 4:48, the train on the Longhai line resumed normal operation.
