3. Check whether the distance between the sides of the bearing seat cover is less than the total width of the bearing set. If not, there will be axial clearance in the spindle.
4. When the bearing is heated on induction heater or heating plate, the temperature can be 20~30°C higher than the ambient temperature;
5, to ensure the correct orientation of the pair of bearings, which is a pair of bearings, be sure to look at the outer diameter of the bearing outer ring mark;
6. Adjust the high points on the inner and outer rings of the bearing so that the marks at the high points of the inner and outer rings are at the same position, ensuring that the load is distributed in an optimal manner between the bearings;
7. Before the bearing is heated, grease should be added to the bearing to meet the performance of the spindle bearing. Generally 1/3 to 2/3 of the bearing space is sufficient. No need to add more, it will lead to heat generation. Use a reasonable method to add grease. The grease can be evenly distributed around the rolling elements of the bearing;
8. Before the grease is added to the bearing, clean the rust-proof oil on the bearing with clean utensils and kerosene, and dry the bearing to ensure the lubrication effect;
9. Use a torque wrench or other tool to lock the bearing according to the value of the medium preload.
