Analysis of common faults

1. The lifting lug falls off or the side lug lifts off. For a long time, due to the quick opening and closing of the balance, the lifting lug can be put back gently and it can be used. If the lug is not stable, the left and right side will also cause shedding. Use needle-nose pliers to loosen the screws at the bottom of the small posts at the end of the cross bracket, move the small posts to the left or right, and then tighten the screws to perform experiments until they are no longer sideways. If the lug is beating back and forth, use a stick to insert into the upper hole of the small post and adjust it to the same height as the small post.
2. The level of the tray is not properly set too high. When the balance is closed, the tray is lifted upwards, which sometimes causes the lifting lug to fall off. If the pan is too low and the balance is closed, the pan is still free to swing. Remove the weighing pan, remove the tray holder, and adjust the position of the screw on the rod under the tray to change the tray height to the right.
3. Pointer bounce When the beam is lifted, if the distance between the knife edge of the fulcrum knife and the knife pad is different, when the balance is turned on, the pointer bounce occurs, and the screw in front of the left arm of the horizontal bracket can be relaxed, and then used by hand.捻 Adjust the height of the small pillar until the pointer no longer beats. <4. Reasons why the balance is swinging and the swing is blocked is as follows:
(1) The tray cannot be stuck. Remove the weighing pan, remove the tray holder, wipe it with a dry cloth or dry paper, apply the oil, and then install and use it.
(2) The inner and outer dampers collide or have slight friction.
1 Check if the balance is in a horizontal state;
2 According to the principles of "Left, Right, Second", see if the inner damper is misplaced;
3 Observe the gap around the inner and outer dampers from the top of the balance. If the size is not uniform, remove the weighing pan and lifting lugs, turn the inner damper 180° and try again.
4 If the above adjustment is invalid, you can loosen the screws fixing the external damper carefully. Observe the top of the balance and use the inner damper as the standard. Move the outer damper until the inner and outer dampers no longer rub, and tighten the screws.
5. The index disk fails to read the position of the index board and tighten the screws. If the hanging hook fails to lift, remove the cover behind the exponential disk and drip on the oil; if there is a loose screw, tighten the screw; if the reading of the exponential disk does not agree with the added weight, loosen the eccentricity. After the wheel's screw rotates to change the position of the eccentric, tighten the screw.
6. Adjustment of optical system
(1) The scale position on the projection screen is incorrect. If the scale is above, below, or beyond the projection screen, you can rotate the screw next to the screen and adjust the position of the mirror so that the scale will land on the screen.
(2) Small beads do not shine. First check the power supply, whether it is a power outage or a blown fuse, and then check all the welding points on the balance, whether the cable head is off. If there is no thread drop, check the contact point on the bottom plate of the balance. Normally, when the balance is off, the two contact points are separated and the circuit is blocked. When the balance is open, the two contact points collide and the circuit is switched on. If the above conditions are normal, check the bulb and transformer for damage
