Clearly stipulates that within a certain period of time, industrialized R&D that supports certain technologies, once the results come out and marketization is achieved, it will turn to R&D that supports higher standards. At present, it is determined that the technical standard to be supported is that the wind turbine unit has a stand-alone capacity of more than 1.5 MW.
