The 180,000 tons/year synthetic ammonia energy-saving reconstruction project of Shijiazhuang Bapo Zhengyuan Fertilizer Co., Ltd. is under construction. Through the transformation of technology, equipment and processes, the capacity of synthetic ammonia will be 130,000 tons. / Year increased to 180,000 tons / year, methanol from 30,000 tons / year to 50,000 tons / year, urea increased from 200,000 tons / year to 330,000 tons / year. After calculation, the completion of the entire renovation project can save more than 86,000 tons of standard coal / year.
In terms of saving coal, Bopo Zhengyuan Company has achieved industrial scale with new technologies, new equipment and new processes, and is at the forefront of the industry. The company first reformed the gasification system, and used the gas-collecting special collection and optimization technology to automatically optimize the system, improving the production efficiency of the gasifier and reducing the gas production intensity. The ammonia produced by the gasifier was over 60 Tons per day, tons of ammonia into the coal consumption fell from 1.25 tons to 1.15 tons, reducing gas costs. In the conversion system, the company used a low-to-medium-high conversion technology to optimize the ammonia heat recovery system, improve the heat recovery effect, and achieve a “quasi-zero steam consumption” of the system. The co-production of methanol and the use of methanation to synthesize the ammonia feed gas technology will allow co-production of methanol to produce by-product steam at the same time, purify the synthetic feed gas, and reduce costs. The urea desorption waste liquid steam concentration recovery technology adopted can recover the urea in the waste liquid and generate a large amount of steam for production use. The company's ammonia synthesis process uses a JR-type synthesis tower internals patented technology to increase the temperature of the waste pan, achieving energy savings in the process. Urea production also adopts domestic and international advanced technologies such as the synthesis of tower gas chamber type tray internals, with good desorption effect and large processing capacity.
In addition, the company added 4 new 2800 gas furnaces, 3 800 cubic meters/hour circulating water cooling towers, 1 4000 desulfurization tower, 150 tons/hour circulating fluidized bed high-temperature high-pressure boilers, and 100,000 tons/year. 1 set of mid-season low-temperature conversion device, 1 set of 200 cubic meters per hour reverse osmosis desalinization device, 1 set of decarbonization and methanation devices, 2 sets of large-scale ice machines, 2 sets of CO2 compressors and other advanced equipment. Save 27,000 tons of standard coal. Through technological improvement and improvement of equipment level, equipment maintenance time has been greatly shortened, production capacity has been significantly improved, and full utilization of residual heat and pressure has been realized, creating a good situation with advanced production technology, energy saving, cleanliness and environmental protection.
Bopo Zhengyuan has 12 original gas generating furnaces, and the resulting exhaust gas has been drained. It contains a large amount of flammable materials such as carbon monoxide, methane, and carbon powder, which is a waste of resources and air pollution, resulting in flammable emissions for one year. The material is equivalent to 25,000 tons of standard coal, and 75,000 tons of gas-making slag discharged is equivalent to 22,500 tons of standard coal. Today, the slag produced by the company's gas generators is reduced to 46,800 tons per year and becomes a raw material for the combustion of 150 tons per hour of fluidized bed boilers. According to the design, the boiler can be blended with 6.5 tons of gas-making slag per hour, and the entire gas-making slag can be digested. According to the lower slag calorific value of 2100 kcal/kg, the annual standard coal savings can be 14,040 tons. In addition, the recycling of gas-making dust can also save 4251 tons of standard coal per year. The blow-off gas from the gasifier and the purge gas from the ammonia production will become the combustion raw material for the 60 tons/hour “three-waste” co-firing furnace, which will save 25,200 tons of standard coal per year.
Through a systematic energy-saving technological transformation, the company's tons of ammonia consumption standard coal has been greatly reduced, various economic and technical indicators have reached the advanced level in the domestic industry, showing the industry scale, resource conservation, economic cycle of coal chemical new Image.
