Daily Maintenance and Periodic Overhaul of Permanent Magnet Magnetic Separator

(1) Check if there is looseness of the shock-absorbing spring. Any loosening of the shock-absorbing spring will cause the unbalance of the four corners of the electromagnetic vibration feeder, affecting the feeding quality and should be tightened immediately.

(2) Check the feed trough amplitude and coil current, and note whether the sound of the machine is normal. If the sound suddenly becomes loud or if a sound is found, it is necessary to carefully analyze the cause and stop processing immediately.

(3) Whether the upper and lower layers of the tape are worn or not, and whether the tape is half worn.

(4) Regularly lubricate various bearings and gears.

(5) Wash and reduce the reducer, check the wear of the gears, replace the gears if it is worn badly.

(6) Replace oil regularly.

(7) All anchor bolts and cross beam connecting bolts are refueled and sturdy.

(8) Examine or replace worn other parts or components.

(9) Repair or replace the tape.
