Long boom type high-end concrete pump trucks are the key equipment for modern buildings. Valin Xingma Automobile Co., Ltd. has undertaken the “56-meter-long boom-type high-end concrete pump truck industry technology research project” to upgrade Anhui's construction equipment manufacturing capabilities. The project started construction in May 2012. The product was put into the market in June 2014. It is estimated that the total investment will be 35 million yuan and the actual investment will be 35,166,100 yuan.
The project uses an independent research and development of the production of the chassis; boom using a yield strength of 900MPa high-strength steel, folding five-arm R-type and Z-type combination, light weight, compact structure; closed hydraulic system, reducing the main cylinder The pressure pulsation peak at the time of reversing reduces the boom vibration amplitude; applying the ASC rollover prevention system ensures the safety of the pump truck operation. The project's products are controlled by machines, electricity, and liquids to realize the automation, energy saving, and intelligence of concrete pumping. The new pump truck joint workshop and product testing and development laboratory were built to improve the company's R&D capabilities; a 56-meter concrete pump truck production line was built, and an annual production capacity of 300 56-meter-long boom-type concrete pump trucks was formed. Through the implementation of the project, 21 patents were obtained, including 2 invention patents, 7 new products for the 56-meter concrete pump truck series were developed, and 8 new technologies were implemented.
The acceptance expert group organized by the Anhui Economic and Information Technology Commission heard a report on the situation of the “Five-meter long boom type high-tech concrete pump truck industrial technology research project”, inspected the production site and products, and reviewed relevant data. After serious questioning and discussion, it was agreed that the industrial technology research project undertaken by Valin Xingma has complete acceptance data and meets the acceptance requirements; the project undertaking unit has completed the requirements of the "Key Tasks for Key Technology Projects in Anhui Province" The contents and objectives, the use of special financial funds are reasonable, and acceptance is accepted.
