Vice Director of China Petroleum and Petrochemical Equipment Industry Association Yu Yiping pointed out at the meeting that the quality and technical level of valve products are related to the development of petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, nuclear industry, oil and gas transmission, and ocean engineering. Valve companies should proceed from the needs of downstream users, attach importance to the research and development of core technologies, strengthen management, change the current status of low-level competition in the industry, and promote the development of valve products to high-tech, high-parameter, corrosion-resistant, and long-life, and improve the industry's Overall competitiveness.
Experts from companies such as Sinopec, CNOOC, and Shenhua Group combined the actual production of energy and chemical projects with the technical requirements for valve products. They suggested that in the field of oil refining, due to the fact that imported crude oil in recent years is mostly high-sulfur or heavy crude oil, and the downstream chemical and automotive industries are increasingly demanding quality of raw material oil, the development of hydrogenation processes has become a refinement, upgrading, and heavy oil of petroleum products. Processing important process measures. However, processes such as hydrofining, hydrocracking, or residue hydrogenation are characterized by high temperature, high pressure, and high degree of hydrogen-to-hydrogen sulfide corrosion, and therefore have specific high standards for corrosion resistance, safety, and reliability of hydrogenation and high pressure valves. In the LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) field, cryogenic valves have become the most commonly used types of valves for natural gas liquefaction plants and LNG receiving stations. Domestically produced valves have higher levels of material design, sealing performance, and product model diversity than foreign advanced levels in the cryogenic field. gap.
It is understood that the Shenhua Group's first coal oil preparation plant in Ordos has been operating for several years. The metal seal wear-resistant valves used in the direct liquefaction of coal have caused problems due to problems such as valve body structure, selection of wear-resistant materials, and processing methods. The use of damage, high temperature leakage and other serious problems, the valve life and quality need to be improved.
