The technical requirements, inspection rules, signs, packaging, and storage of the agricultural tractor clutch assembly (excluding the operating mechanism) are specified.
This section applies to dry, often engaged friction clutch clutch assembly of agricultural tractors.
Test requirements:
1. The clutch assembly shall meet the requirements of this section and be manufactured in accordance with the product drawings and technical conditions approved by the stipulated procedures.
2. The parts of the clutch assembly should meet the requirements of their respective standards.
3. All lock nuts, adjusting screws and fixing screws should be tightened and reliably locked according to the torque required by the product drawing.
4, clutch cover, pressure plate assembly should meet the requirements of JB/T6704 requirements.
5, driven disk assembly shock absorber should meet the following requirements:
a) Torsional static characteristics should meet the design requirements;
b) Do not allow damage and breakage after 100*10^4 torsional durability tests.
6. The driven plate assembly with wave plate should meet the following requirements:
a) The axial compression characteristics should meet the design requirements;
b) The axial compression after 25X*10^4 times of axial compression durability test is not less than the initial value of 700k, any parts are not allowed to be damaged.
7. The clutch assembly with the rated rotation speed of 1500r/min or more shall be subjected to the overspeed rotation test according to JBIi'S184. When the rotation speed reaches 2.5 times the rated rotation speed, any parts shall not be damaged.
8. After the clutch assembly has undergone 2.5*10^4 gantry durability tests, the following requirements shall be compounded:
A, any parts shall not be damaged, the friction plate surface may not have cracks, blisters, rivets and other ideas;
B. The amount of wear of friction plates, pressure plates, flywheels, and release levers should be in accordance with regulations.
