The three-day, 7th China Xinjiang International Coal Industry Expo opened on July 22 at the Xinjiang International Expo Center. During the exhibition, the Northern Jiaotong Coal Machinery Exhibition Area received a total of more than 1,000 customers, including leaders of major domestic coal companies such as Shenhua Xinjiang Energy Co., Ltd., Yankuang Group, and Xuyuan Group. On the same day, the group's chairman and president Qu Kai, group executive vice president Fan Weiping and Xinjiang branch general manager Wang Li led the delegation to participate in the current Taiyuan Coal Machinery Exhibition and further promoted the cooperation and exchange between the group and domestic and foreign coal companies. In particular, customers showed great interest in the application of new materials, breakthroughs in smart control technology, and optimized design of the cutting head for the new roadheader and gave a high degree of evaluation.

Technicians explain new technologies for new coal machines

It is reported that the EBZ160, EBZ180, and EBZ200H coal roadheaders exhibited by the Northern China Transit Corporation are semi-coal rock and full-rock roadheaders manufactured using new technologies and materials. The product is based on the development needs of the current domestic underground excavation, from all aspects of structural arrangement, dynamic performance, intelligence and other aspects of optimization and upgrading, to meet the roadheader stiffness, strength requirements, enhance the overall stability and increase its service life. Among them, the EBZ200H boring machine is the first heavy-duty coal mine excavation equipment applied to the whole rock roadway independently developed by the Group. The model has a high-efficiency rock-breaking ability, and can change the cutting head according to different rock conditions. The cutting head and tail structure increase the wear plate protection function, and the pick arrangement is fully upgraded and the armpit speed is improved. The walking section uses forged track shoes to increase the height of the track shoe and improve the ability to grip. At present, the Group has more than 20 types of products, including half coal rock boring machine, whole rock boring machine, and high-power boring machine, which can meet the needs of various kinds of minerals in China.
