Zhang Xian introduced the overall situation of the “Major Natural Disaster Monitoring, Early Warning and Prevention” key special project, and put forward further requirements for the implementation of this project. He pointed out that the project is highly overlapping and difficult. He suggested that the project team should improve the internal communication and coordination mechanism. When it comes to both quantity and quality, the key points are prominent, and the results are truly visible and useful.
The project leader Tian Jiandong, a researcher at the State Key Laboratory of Robotics, and representatives of each topic introduced the implementation plan of the project and topic respectively. The participating experts fully affirmed the implementation plan, and put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on the implementation details and risk prevention of the plan.
The research and development project of internal emergency robot equipment in dangerous buildings at disaster sites is aimed at rescue of survivors in dangerous buildings at disaster sites. It overcomes the intramuscular injection of the critically wounded based on human-machine coordination, hemostasis of limbs, the transportation of survivors of bone injuries, multi-floor transport, and robot vision processing under complex lighting conditions. And other key technologies, develop portable snake-shaped emergency robots and caterpillar deformable emergency robots that adapt to different narrow spaces and load capacities; develop auxiliary rescue and delivery robots for survivors of bone injuries, and provide new intelligent rescue equipment for emergency rescue in China. The National Rescue Team carried out further application demonstrations.
