Type of crusher

Beneficiation plant used by the crusher to particle size and ore product into:
1. Rough crusher is crushed from 1500 to 500 mm to 350 to 100 mm;
2. The crusher in the middle is broken from 350 to 100 mm to 100 to 40 mm;
3. Fine crusher is broken from 100 to 40 mm to 30 to 10 mm.
According to its structural characteristics and working principle, it is divided into the following types, as shown in the following figure.

1. Jaw Crusher Figure a is a cyclical pressing of the rocker to the fixed jaw and crushing the material sandwiched between them to complete the task of crushing the ore.
2. Cone crusher Figure b The broken material is placed between the inner and outer cones, the outer cone is fixed, and the inner cone is circularly moved to crush or break the material sandwiched therein.
3. For the roller crusher, the crushed material in the c-cracking of the two oppositely rotating circular rollers is mainly subjected to continuous crushing, but also has the effect of grinding and stripping to break the ore. If the roll surface is toothed, it is mainly crushed to break the ore.
