Hong Kong enterprises confirmed that nearly 400 million acquisition of LED business is to be renamed "China Optoelectronics"

It is confirmed that Lida International has implemented an indirect shareholding in the acquisition of Bornstone 97 from an independent third party. Bornstone is principally engaged in the R&D, production and distribution of LED epitaxial wafers and display chips, backlight chips, high-brightness high-power lighting chips and semiconductor lighting products in China. The acquisition price of HK$496 million (equivalent to approximately RMB397 million) will be funded by internal resources. The profit guarantee for 2015-2017 is not less than RMB 35 million (the same below), RMB 45 million and RMB 55 million respectively. In addition, it is recommended to adopt China Optoelectronics Holding Group Co., Ltd. as the second Chinese name to replace Zhenglida International Holdings Co., Ltd.
